3 Big things to consider when ordering custom t-shirts with any online custom t-shirt company:

1. What kind of t-shirt do you want?  What's most important to you... the quality or the quantity of shirts you can get for your money?  Since you cannot feel the shirts over the internet, the price can often tell a lot about the quality of the garment, but the real question is, are you looking for a super-soft t-shirt that has a more tailored fit?  Then check out either a custom Canvas Soft t-shirt, or a custom American Apparel t-shirt.  However if you are more concerned with getting the most bang-for-your-buck, then consider just a standard custom 100% Cotton t-shirt.  All of the shirts on CoedMonkey.com are great shirts, but there will definately be a difference in quality between the cheapest and the most expensive ones.

2. Get the right artwork.  Can you design your own artwork?  We prefer either Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop files, but we can also help you with artwork.  Unlike other sites that have design labs where customers feel limited to use the clipart on the site, we do everything custom.  If you can't design artwork yourself, just let us know... we'd love to help you!  Either way though, make sure that with any online custom t-shirt company that you can work with a real person (and not just a computer program) and that you can get an art proof that you can "ok" before any printing is done... both of these things come standard with any Coed Monkey custom t-shirt order.

3. Think in terms of # of Logos and # of Ink Colors.  Simply put, the more logos you put on the shirt, the more it will cost... and the more ink colors that you put in each logo, the more it will cost.  To keep your custom t-shirts as cheap as possible, try to keep the shirt to as few logos and ink colors as possible.  You'd be amazed how much money you can save just by asking your Coed Monkey Order Rep about cutting colors out of your design... or just ask for any recommendations.

Bottomline, we want to save you time and money so don't be afraid to ask what you think might be a stupid question or about how to cut costs... if you're happy, then we're happy.  That's why we're in the businsss of custom t-shirts... ever since the dorm room when we started doing custom t-shirts in Minneapolis, Minnesota way back in 2003!
