Coed Monkey is the Collegiate Division of My T-Shirt Guys LLC. All payments will be processed by My T-Shirt Guys LLC.

We aim to be the World’s Greatest College Apparel Company. If a situation arises with your apparel, please contact your Coed Monkey Order Specialist with any concerns. Our pledge is that we will work on a resolution together, whether it is fully replacing your merchandise or offering you a credit on your account. Coed Monkey will not be held responsible for shipment failure in the case that Coed Monkey ships the apparel on time but the delivery company fails to deliver the apparel on time for any reason including, but not limited to: weather difficulties, natural disasters, auto accidents, networking failure.

With Coed Monkey each order will begin with an Official Coed Monkey Art Proof specifying the placement, size, ink colors, thread colors, etc. that will be used on the order. Once the customer acknowledges that the Official Coed Monkey Art Proof is correct, the artwork is finalized and it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the Coed Monkey Order Specialist if there needs to be any changes made. If the customer attempts to change artwork but the order is already in production, or has been produced, Coed Monkey will not be held liable for not accommodating the art change. The apparel must still be purchased by the customer. In each situation where the customer wants an art change, the customer must send the correction to the Coed Monkey Order Specialist as soon as possible. The Coed Monkey Order Specialist must send a confirmation email or phone call back to the customer to verify that the change can be made. At that point a new Coed Monkey Art Proof will be made and the customer must verify that it is correct. Coed Monkey reserves the right not to print any material deemed to be inappropriate or offensive.

By using Coed Monkey for your apparel purchase we recognize your right to privacy and will not give or sell your information to any third party. Coed Monkey reserves the right to place images of your apparel or designs on the Coed Monkey website (unless you specifically tell us not to place these images on our site). Do not use any images found on www.coedmonkey.com, as copyright laws apply. Coed Monkey will not be held liable for copyright infringements if a customer submits copyrighted material and Coed Monkey prints it without prior knowledge. Coed Monkey will be responsible for acting on those instructions sent to Coed Monkey that are actually received. Coed Monkey does not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities, such as internet service provider, mail delivery or phone service (these conditions apply both to Coed Monkey from the customer and from Coed Monkey to the customer). Coed Monkey is not liable if the customer gives incorrect instructions within the order (i.e. an incorrect shipping address, artwork spelled incorrectly, etc.).

As the collegiate division of My T-Shirt Guys LLC, all banking transactions will be conducted under the name of My T-Shirt Guys LLC on the customers banking statement.
