However, The Next Level Youth 60/40 Crew T-Shirt is a great option if retail is your market, because the higher quality blended fabric is noticeable and the heathered look of most color options add some style.

The Printing

Note on Youth Apparel Styles: We are required by law to register every youth garment we print with the government in compliance with 2008 CPSIA regulations. This requires us to print the individual registration on each garment, and is treated like a second print location. This additional print cost is already built into the price per shirt, which is why you’d find that youth apparel is more expensive than many unisex styles on our site. “Adult” garments include one print location and ink color, and Youth garments include two print locations (one ink color each).

Either Standard or Vintage Ink work great for this youth crew t-shirt. The smaller size of a youth garment means that we have a slightly restricted printable area on the front, so the max width we can do for a full front logo is 9″ wide. However, that’s typically not a big deal for most orders because 9″ is still a good full print, and tends to look pretty natural across most apparel sizes.
